Our newest project

We have been selected to work in partnership with Ab Rogers Design to redesign the interior of Development Securities’ new head office. The experienced property developer and investor purchased the former headquarters of auctioneers Phillips in May 2014 with the plan to redevelop it as a replacement for their existing flagship office. The project is set to commence over the coming months so it can be finalised before September to give all staff the chance to get moved in.

Development Securities purchased the property with the aim to use the space as a combined office for their operations and those of Cathedral, the mixed-use developer they also bought last year. The project will see Cathedral leave its current office in London Bridge in a beautiful converted chapel that dates back to the 18th century, putting both entities under the same roof for the very first time.

The project will see in excess of 3,000sq metres of space developed over two floors, creating a modern setting for two renowned property specialists to work from. The new space needs to be reflective of the part that both companies play in the sector and the inspiration they offer.

Our architects in London were proud to have been chosen to work on this high profile project. The challenge is an exciting one and gives us the opportunity to contribute towards the future success of two companies we respect and admire. It is also amazing to have the opportunity to work with Ab Rogers Design (ARD), a creative company that has delivered cutting edge design solutions on a number of eye-catching projects. We expect the partnership will result in an innovative use of space and an incredible office.

When it comes to commercial architecture our architects in London always give our absolute all to make the project as special as it can be, whether we work with a renowned business or a small local company.
