When people are considering the benefits of renovating or adding an extension to their property, it is understandable to counter this with an awareness of possible negative consequences. It would not be in the interests of anyone to commit to an architectural project without considering every possible consequence. However, there is a danger of making an assumption about the extent of the possible negative consequences. A key exhibition is coming to London this June
For anyone with an interest in architecture and design, one of the most highly anticipated events on the calendar is the annual Vision exhibition, where new and innovative building solutions and state of the art products will be on show. The recent American Institute of Architects (AIA) Library Building Awards 2016 celebrated new and renovated libraries across the US. The winners all had one thing in common; they utilised space, light and materials to positively affect the mood of inhabitants.
