We have been selected to work in partnership with Ab Rogers Design to redesign the interior of Development Securities’ new head office. The experienced property developer and investor purchased the former headquarters of auctioneers Phillips in May 2014 with the plan to redevelop it as a replacement for their existing flagship office. Open House in London is the largest annual festival of design and architecture. Established in 1992, the festival focuses on the appreciation and the awareness of public architecture. The capital city is home to many spectacular structures and buildings, and the aim is to provide widespread access to these architectural wonders. From the magnificent English Baroque style of St Paul’s Cathedral to the awe-inspiring Gothic Revival style of architecture displayed at St. Pancras railway station, London is rife with many different styles of architecture. Modern architecture is perhaps best exemplified by the high-rise building: tall, impressive constructions that can dominate a landscape.
