One of the main focuses of our work is people. We strive to help them while also encouraging social interaction. As a result we are happy to announce that we are a part of the wave of developments to go ahead in Croydon.

Brick By Brick has won planning for another batch of homes. We’re very excited about what this will bring with it, especially with how successful the first project was.

What Does This Mean?

Brick by Brick development was established by Croydon Council. They are currently taking part in a huge drive in order to aim to build 2,000 new houses over the following 4 years. After this they are looking to complete 500 a year. Consequently, this will improve access to affordable housing for the locals.

As a part of this, they are approving many projects of late. This includes designs for a 25-storey high-rise in central Croydon, and a large amount of housing in addition. Currently there are 1,200 homes under development. 600 of these are onsite with the rest being ready to start.
