Stephen Lawrence was one of the many people who was passionate about architecture and had planned to pursue a career in the industry. In honour of him and his dream, a special architecture event is due to take place.

The annual Stephen Lawrence Memorial Lecture is planned to take place this year in September at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London. Six renowned speakers will talk about the role of community in architecture at the event. This lecture is in aid of The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust, whose focus consists of helping disadvantaged students pursue their dream of becoming an architect.
