As you can see, we have set up a section on our main site specifically focused on CVs and applications to join our London-based architectural practice. It’s always been important to us to keep a door open to new talent, and we pride ourselves on giving exciting opportunities to skilled people. From a traditional view, architecture has always been considered a challenging field to break into. We all remember the hard work, dedication and sacrifice we had to make to establish ourselves within the profession, and it’s always a great moment for us when we can help fresh talent trying to break through.
While we follow a more conventional recruitment process for specific requirements, and have been a member of the wonderful Erasmus programme over the years, we also welcome direct applications. It is always encouraging to us when a new or experienced architect feels a connection to our vision and approach and wants to work with us, so we will always give consideration to what they can bring to our practice.
Having said this, we do not only have an interest in new architects who’ll simply perpetuate the work we currently do. In order to ensure that we remain relevant, we are interested in finding applicants who share our common vision, but can clearly bring a different dimension and a fresh angle to help us continue evolving. Just as people who join us expect to learn from us and be informed by our approach, we like to experience the same from new members of the team.
One of the key strengths of our practice has been the stability of our team. While our architects have formed a strong and impressive unit through working together, we always remain open to new people. Incorporating new talent is one valuable way to sustain our success, and is vital towards ensuring we continue to deliver the architectural work our clients need.
