Visualising architecture in challenging environments

Architecture is charged with creating beautiful habitable properties for a wide array of environments. Last year there was even a competition for architects and designers to create designs that visualised what life would be like on the moon. We use this term in a broad and multi-layered way, as it is a concept which can extend far beyond just the dictionary definition of the term. Juxtaposition can have a huge impact on architecture, particularly if properties manage to be rooted in place and make great use of the location.
